We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide required information.
Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and telemarketing guidelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
