Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government authorities and relevant departments for project-related approvals, permissions, NOCs, licenses, and other statutory requirements.
- Regularly follow up with concerned departments and officials regarding pending applications, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with municipal authorities, development authorities, revenue departments, registration offices, electricity/water departments, and other relevant authorities as required.
- Maintain proper records of all applications, approvals, letters, NOCs, permissions, receipts, and correspondence.
- Prepare and submit documents/applications as instructed by management and consultants.
- Coordinate with architects, legal consultants, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other external consultants for project-related requirements.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permissions, NOCs, and other statutory documents.
- Visit government offices and project sites whenever required for coordination and follow-up.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform any other liaison, coordination, or administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of local government offices and real estate-related procedures will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and basic documentation.
- Willingness to travel/visit government offices and project sites as required.
Qualification & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in liaison, real estate, construction, government approvals, property documentation, or related fields.
- Candidates having established knowledge of local authorities and approval procedures will be preferred.

Reporting To: Management / Head – Liaison / Authorized Senior Management

- Timely completion of assigned approvals and permissions.
- Regular and effective follow-up on pending matters.
- Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Proper maintenance of approval and liaison records.
- Timely submission of reports and updates to management.
- Effective coordination with government authorities and consultants.
- Resolution of pending liaison-related issues within the assigned timeline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
