Role Overview
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for driving enterprise sales for telecom products and solutions, including mobility, data services, IoT, and digital offerings. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets in the Mumbai market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and acquire new B2B clients across SMEs, corporates, and enterprise segments
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field sales activities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Sell telecom solutions such as mobile connections, leased lines, broadband, IoT, and cloud services
Prepare proposals, pricing models, and negotiate contracts
Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement)
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Act as a single point of contact for client queries and escalations
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and market trends in the telecom sector
Provide feedback to internal teams for product and pricing improvements
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, customer support) for service delivery
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Key Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, or technology solutions
Location Preference: Candidate should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
