Role Overview
We are hiring a Brand & Growth Associate to lead our content and brand presence while also supporting day-to-day business operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative work and startup environments where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content
- Create and manage LinkedIn content strategy
- Write and schedule posts and newsletters
- Design carousel posts and assets using Canva
- Build and grow our Instagram presence
- Create scripts for short-form videos and reels
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels
- Update website copy and landing pages
- Track content performance and provide insights
Operations & Administration
- Research prospects and prepare briefing notes
- Draft emails and messages on behalf of the founder
- Manage documents, files, and internal systems
- Support client onboarding and scheduling
- Assist with research, data entry, and process documentation
- Provide general operational support when required
Requirements
Must Have
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- 1–2 years of content creation or social media experience
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B content
- Canva proficiency
- Ability to write in different tones and voices
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to handle administrative tasks when needed
- Based in Delhi NCR and available for hybrid work
Preferred
- Experience growing social media accounts from scratch
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.
- Experience working with startups or small teams
- Understanding of coaches, consultants, or professional services businesses
- Strong systems and process mindset

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
