Basic Requirements:
- Plus Two / Degree / Any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience is mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Malayalam and English speaking skills required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers and company-generated leads.
- Explain details about flats pricing, and amenities.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead follow-ups.
- Update customer details in Excel & CRM.
- Maintain good communication and relationship with customers.
- Assist with basic documentation and LLP-related coordination.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
