Role Overview
Develop, maintain, and enhance Windows-based applications to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with users, business analysts, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly desktop applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows desktop applications.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop application features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Support application deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with security, quality, and coding standards.

Prepare technical documentation and user guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of Windows application development using C#, .NET, WPF/WinForms.

Relevant Microsoft or Software Development certifications are preferred.
