We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Projects, Design, Procurement, Vendors, and Clients.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
We're Looking For:
✔ 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Sales Coordination, Client Coordination, or Executive Assistance
✔ Excellent English communication and professional email writing skills
✔ Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS Reporting, and documentation
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background:
Interior Design | Architecture | Commercial Fit-Out | Construction | Real Estate | Engineering Services
We also welcome candidates from:
Banking | Insurance | NBFC | Financial Advisory | Executive Assistant roles supporting CEOs, Directors, or Functional Heads.
