Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services. Support development teams in building infrastructure through a self-service platform. Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to promptly detect and respond to issues. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure automation problems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Crossplane. Architect and build innovative automation projects to reduce day-to-day operational toil. Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery exercises. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery. Advocate for best practices in DevOps and reliability engineering across the organization. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance infrastructure. Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

5+ years of progressive DevOps experience. 4+ years of direct experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI). 4+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience (GCP is a plus), including: Compute: EC2, Lambda, Containers Networking: DNS, VPC, Transit Gateway Storage: S3, EBS, EFS Database: RDS, DynamoDB 4+ years of experience managing large-scale IaC stacks with Terraform (or CloudFormation). Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker (mandatory). Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic) is a plus. Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal).
