Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional Distribution Manager to manage regional distributors, ensure smooth distribution operations, and drive business growth across the Thrissur and Palakkad regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distributor operations and achieve regional business targets.
- Monitor sales, inventory, stock allocation, and product availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Review distributor performance, claims, payments, and compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and support new product launches.
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in the mobile, telecom, or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong experience in distributor/channel management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP/ERP.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
