Chief Administrative Officer – Hospital Administration About the Role
Experienced Chief Administrative Officer with over 5 years of dedicated experience in hospital and healthcare administration. Proven expertise in managing hospital operations, coordinating medical and non-medical departments, improving patient service processes, and leading hospital administration functions and supporting senior management in maintaining efficient healthcare systems. Strong background in overseeing hospital documentation, staff management, patient relations, compliance operations, and day-to-day healthcare administration while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, operational excellence, and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily hospital administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, and other departments for efficient patient care services.
- Maintain hospital records, patient documentation, administrative reports, and operational files accurately.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, security, reception, and support staff activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, healthcare regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, admissions, and service coordination professionally and efficiently.
- Support senior management and executive leadership in operational planning, strategic scheduling, and administrative decision-making processes.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and administrative resources while coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR functions including attendance management, staff scheduling, employee documentation, onboarding, and coordination.
- Organize meetings, prepare MIS reports, maintain confidential records, and support management reporting.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, biomedical equipment support, and hospital infrastructure activities for uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between doctors, nursing teams, administration, and patients.
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction, service quality, and hospital operational efficiency.
Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, or multispecialty hospital management.
- Experience in handling hospital workflow management, patient service coordination, staff supervision, and healthcare compliance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
