Desun Academy is hiring enthusiastic Telecallers / Academic Counsellors for our Kolkata office.
Responsibilities:
- Call and counsel students regarding professional courses.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
- Handle student queries and maintain follow-up records.
- Achieve calling and admission targets.
Skills Required:
- Good communication in Bengali & Hindi
- Convincing and counselling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive and target-oriented attitude
Eligibility:
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling/sales/counselling preferred.
Location: Kolkata (WFO)
Salary: Fixed + Incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
