Machine Operator
Location: Golani Unit, Vasai East
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Machine Operator with experience in pouch sealing and blister packaging machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine operation, machine setup, parameter setting, and HMI operation to ensure smooth production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate pouch sealing and blister packaging machines.
- Set machine parameters and perform product changeovers.
- Operate and monitor HMI (Human Machine Interface).
- Ensure proper packaging quality and machine efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Achieve daily production targets while minimizing machine downtime.
Requirements
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Candidates with relevant machine operating experience are also welcome to apply.
- Experience: 1–3 years in pouch sealing and/or blister packaging machines.
- Experience in the Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Packaging industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Machine setup and parameter setting.
- Hands-on experience with pouch and blister machines.
- HMI operation.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork.
