Job Summary
We are looking for a UPS Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems at customer locations. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of power backup systems and be able to provide timely service support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in UPS systems, batteries, and related electrical components.
- Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Maintain service reports and customer records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during service activities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements when required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and electrical circuits.
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Understanding of electrical diagrams and wiring.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UPS installation and maintenance.
- Ability to travel for field service activities.
- Knowledge of inverter and battery systems.
Language Requirement
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
