Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Maintenance
- Build strategic alliances with corporates, event planners, wedding planners, travel agents, and tour operators.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Develop long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on brand campaigns and promotions.
- Increase F&B revenue through restaurant promotions, bulk bookings, and tie-ups
- Develop and execute business development strategies for hotel rooms, banquets, restaurants, and events.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential/commercial properties.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, lifts).
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain asset quality and safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, landscaping, and housekeeping standards are met.
Administration & Facility Management
- Manage security, housekeeping, and facility staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle tenant complaints, escalations, and resolve issues efficiently.
Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and operating expenses.
- Control costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Approve vendor bills, track expenses, and manage AMC contracts.
Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, train, and evaluate site teams.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff and vendors.
- Coordinate with management, residents, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Support management in policy implementation and process improvement.
