Job Summary
Haribalakrishna Automobiles is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Telecalling Executive to support the HR Manager in recruitment activities, manpower follow-up, and HR data management. The role involves communicating with job candidates, maintaining recruitment records, tracking manpower requirements, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates regarding job openings.
- Follow up with candidates to confirm interview schedules, document submission, joining dates, and onboarding formalities.
- Coordinate with branch managers and department heads to track manpower requirements and recruitment status.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, manpower trackers, and recruitment records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and manpower reports.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and kept confidential.
- Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and provide relevant job information.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they complete the joining process.
- Assist the HR Manager in organizing interviews, recruitment drives, and employee onboarding activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of recruitment activities and HR records.
- Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, HR recruitment, or office administration is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Strong data entry and record management skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily candidate follow-up calls completed.
- Interview scheduling and candidate attendance rate.
- Candidate joining conversion rate.
- Accuracy and timeliness of manpower data updates.
- Completion of recruitment reports within deadlines.
- Effective coordination with branches and department managers.
