Key Responsibilities Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare quantity take-off (BOQ) from HVAC drawings. Estimate material, labour, and equipment costs. Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions. Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and project teams. Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations. Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and client requirements. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering. Maintain accurate estimation records and documentation. Support project execution with technical and commercial clarifications.
