Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous manner
- Register patients and maintain accurate records in the hospital management system
- Schedule appointments and manage doctors’ consultation slots
- Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and facilities
- Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and nursing departments
- Assist in managing patient flow and waiting area
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk
- Handle patient feedback or complaints and escalate when necessary
- Ensure all protocols and procedures are followed, especially related to patient privacy and safety
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferably in any discipline)
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare front office preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software)
- Polite, patient-friendly, and presentable
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
