As part of our long-term talent development strategy, we are launching BFG Tax School India, a structured workforce development program that prepares aspiring accounting professionals for careers supporting U.S.-based CPA firms and accounting organizations.
Unlike traditional classroom education, BFG Tax School focuses on practical learning, real-world case studies, production workflows, professional communication, and quality standards required in an actual accounting firm.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Instructor to lead this program and help develop highly skilled, production-ready professionals.
The Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training in U.S. taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, accounting software, Excel, professional communication, and workplace readiness.
The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, mentoring, and developing junior professionals while maintaining high standards of quality, discipline, and attention to detail.
Students entering the program may have accounting knowledge but little or no exposure to U.S. accounting practices. The instructor must be able to simplify complex topics, encourage learning, and prepare students for real-world work within a U.S.-based accounting environment.
