Job Description for Executive Secretary
We are looking for Executives secretary with qualification of Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, and Communications. 3-5years of experience as an Executive assistant/secretary to senior leadership. Experience in supporting top management is preferred. candidates only in Chennai preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and strategic sessions.
· Coordinate with support staff, drivers, and other administrative personnel.
· Handle the MD’s personal tasks when required.
- Prepare and distribute materials required for meetings.
- Organize corporate events, conferences, and engagement activities for the MD.
· Relay instructions and decisions from the MD to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Ensure secure storage and handling of confidential records.
· Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, board members, vendors, and partners.
· Coordinate the MD’s engagements, meetings, and communication with government officials or senior executives.
· Represent the MD’s office professionally in all interactions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
