Job Summary
Prabhat Ayurweda is looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online operations and ensure smooth handling of e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and order processing
- Handle product listings, updates, and inventory on online platforms
- Coordinate order dispatch, tracking, and delivery updates
- Monitor stock availability and update product status accordingly
- Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth online sales operations
- Maintain records of orders, stock, and platform performance
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or online marketplace handling
- Basic knowledge of product listing, inventory updates, and order processing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable with daily operational work
