Key Responsibilities:
- Training, educating and supervising members of the inside sales team on effectively answering & resolving customer questions/complaints.
- Proven skills in IT sales, lead generation, data mining, cold calling/emailing
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales forecast to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
- Regularly evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine the performance of the inside sales team whether they are effective in generating sales.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship.
- Management (CRM) software.
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager.
- Sound organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication verbal and Written.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn usage.
- Creativity and time-management abilities.
- Should be good in Lead generation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
