Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit customers and understand their technical requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products and solutions to clients.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals/quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of electrical/electronic/automation products.
- Ability to read technical specifications and drawings.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in technical sales, industrial products, automation, traffic management systems, or electrical equipment is preferred.
Pay: ₹11,861.14 - ₹42,579.38 per month
