We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Travel & Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting travel packages, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in travel sales or business development is preferred, along with a passion for the tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business leads.
- Promote domestic and international travel packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Stay updated on travel trends and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in business development or travel sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
