We're looking for a Senior Video Editor with 3–6 years of professional experience who can craft compelling visual stories, elevate our creative output, and bring fresh ideas to every project. This role requires someone who is equally strong in editing, storytelling, motion design, and creative execution.
What You'll Do
- Edit videos for product launches, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communication.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content.
- Transform raw footage into compelling, audience-first narratives.
- Execute advanced color correction, color grading, audio mixing, and final mastering.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, marketers, and product teams from concept to final delivery.
- Develop creative editing styles that improve audience retention and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Optimize videos for multiple digital platforms and formats.
- Organize project assets and maintain efficient editing workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, AI-powered editing tools, and platform best practices.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to improving team workflows when required.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, creativity, and technical excellence.
- Experience creating high-performing short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to independently own projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience working in startups, digital-first brands, media companies, or creative agencies is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
