We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building responsive, user-centric web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) for improved SEO and website performance.
- Convert UI/UX designs (PSD, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.) into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals and Google PageSpeed performance.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and reusable code using modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Manage source code using Git and follow standard development workflows.
- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Experience with SSR and SSG using Next.js.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks and state management.
- Knowledge of frontend SEO best practices, including meta tags, structured data, and crawlability.
- Experience with website performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization, and caching strategies.
- Hands-on experience with performance analysis tools such as Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and WebPageTest.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GraphQL and Headless CMS platforms (WordPress Headless, Strapi, Sanity, etc.).
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or other modern CSS frameworks.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO schema markup.
- Experience with Jira and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
