IIT Foundation Mathematics Faculty (Classes 6–10)
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Faculty to teach students of Classes 6–10 and prepare them for IIT Foundation programs. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to build students' analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics for Classes 6–10 as per the school curriculum and IIT Foundation standards.
Develop students' conceptual understanding and logical reasoning skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and performance analysis.
Identify and support students requiring additional academic assistance.
Integrate problem-solving techniques and competitive exam-oriented questions into classroom teaching.
Maintain student records, progress reports, and academic documentation.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic review sessions.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery.
Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or related field.
B.Ed. preferred.
Strong understanding of Mathematics concepts for Classes 6–10 and IIT Foundation level.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.
Experience in IIT Foundation or competitive exam coaching will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Excellent subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor students.
Proficiency in using technology-enabled teaching tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
