We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and capable of guiding students in choosing the right courses while handling the complete admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career options
- Handle admission enquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads)
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced
- Candidates with education sector admission experience will be preferred
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Presentable personality
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
- Basic computer knowledge
