Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers who are eager to start their career in sales. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will connect with prospective customers over phone, explain our products, generate business opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce Apni Bus products and explain their benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the field sales team.
- Update customer information and call status in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (Final Year students may also apply).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Comfortable talking to customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
