Location: Hyderabad Banjara Hills (Hybrid), Shift: 9 am to 7 pm, 6 days a week, (Hybrid - 1-2 days from office) Department: Treatment Operations Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Sales / Customer Support Salary: 30000/- to 35000/- Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join our Treatment Operations team. The ideal candidate should enjoy speaking with customers, understand their needs, confidently explain our healthcare services, and help them throughout their journey. This role is a combination of customer support, consultation coordination, and sales. You will be responsible for following up with customers, coordinating with doctors, maintaining customer relationships, and helping improve consultation bookings and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales ● Speak with prospective customers and understand their requirements. ● Explain our services confidently. ● Follow up with leads and help convert them into consultations. Consultation Coordination ● Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations. ● Ensure a smooth experience by following up before and after appointments. Customer Support Address customer queries and provide timely support. ● Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when required. Reporting & Data Management ● Maintain customer records and update internal trackers. ● Prepare basic Excel reports and analyze lead, consultation, and conversion data. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ● 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or a similar role. ● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. ● Experience in healthcare or telemedicine is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong customer handling and sales skills. ● Good follow-up and coordination abilities. ● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. ● Proactive, organized, and customer-focused. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
