HR, IR & Admin Manager

About the Role
Super Handlers Private Limited, a part of Navin Group, is looking for an experienced HR, IR & Admin Manager to oversee Human Resources, Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, payroll, and administration at our EXIM Container Yard in Mundra.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to HR operations, labour laws, payroll management, industrial relations, and employee administration in ports, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding as per approved manpower plans.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and biometric/Kronos attendance reconciliation.
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, and other labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
- Ensure contractor and vendor labour compliance.
- Oversee site administration and coordinate with security teams.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain manpower records.
- Drive employee compliance and support smooth HR operations at the site.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PG Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- 8–12 years of HR, IR & Administration experience.
- Experience in Ports, Logistics, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Container Freight Station (CFS), ICD, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Attendance Management, and HR MIS.
- Experience with Kronos or biometric attendance systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
