Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Consultant to implement, configure, support, and enhance Workday Financials. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Financials, reporting, integrations, and finance processes, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Workday Financials.
- Maintain and enhance Workday Finance modules and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and testing.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
- Support integrations between Workday and external applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and change management processes.
- Recommend process improvements and provide guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Financials implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
- Experience with Workday Reporting and Workday Studio.
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, and API/Web Services.
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- At least one end-to-end Workday Financials implementation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with workflow optimization and process improvement.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
