Responsibilities:
- Assist the fabrication fitter / Grinding related in fabrication process.
- Help the fitter for the fabrication work preparations such as raw material and parts arrangements at fabrication area.
- Helping in works related to various processes of fabrication like cutting, welding, fitting, bolting, grinding, etc.
- Experience in Drilling & tapping is advantage.
- Identifying and handling fabrication materials, tools and consumables under supervision of respective in charges.
- Moves and positions finished and semi-finished materials at work site with help of other workers.
- Follow safety rules and regulations at shop floor when using overhead crane or trolley for the material movement, lifting, loading & unloading.
- Removes the scrap and waste in the fabrication area after the work in day-to-day basis and ensure the work area is safe and clean.
- Follow the company rules and regulations and work quality.
- Ready to work in-house as well as travel out of station with his superior for the site works when required.
Qualifications:
1. Matriculation or above is a plus.
2. Knowledge to read English, write, and speak is plus.
3. Basic knowledge of fabrication activities like welding, grinding, finishing, gas cutting, fitting, etc.
4. Basic knowledge to identifying and handling various fabrication tools, materials and equipment.
5. Ability to work under limited supervision using standardized procedures.
6. Must have good physical strength is necessary to operate equipments and stand/bend the working hours.
7. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
8. Work experience in sheet metal fabrication is preferable.
Pay: ₹10,797.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
