- DESIGNATION:DUTY DOCTOR(IVF HOSPITAL)WITH STATE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Examine, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment to patients during assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate life-saving care when required.
- Monitor admitted patients, assess their clinical condition, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret laboratory and imaging results.
- Coordinate with consultants, specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, patient notes, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
- Inform patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control measures, and medical ethics.
- Participate in patient admissions, referrals, transfers, and discharge processes while ensuring continuity of care.
- Attend medical emergencies, ward rounds, and on-call duties, ensuring efficient and compassionate healthcare services throughout the shift.
