Job Title : Technical Lead - Salesforce Agentforce & Service AI
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce and Service AI solutions. This role will lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered service automation, leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and related technologies to enhance customer and agent experiences.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise, strong AI/automation knowledge, and leadership skills to guide technical teams and deliver scalable, intelligent service solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership & Design (Low Level Design) :
i. Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Agentforce and Service AI solutions.
ii. Define scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architecture aligned with business objectives.
iii. Drive adoption of AI-driven service workflows using Salesforce Einstein, automation tools, and APIs.
iv. Establish best practices for AI governance, data usage, and model integration.
- Salesforce & AI Solution Development :
i. Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud
ii. Agentforce (AI-powered agent workflows)
iii. Einstein AI (Bots, GPT, Predictions)
iv. Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Case Management
v. Build and optimize AI-powered chatbots, virtual agents, and automation flows.
vi. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
vii. Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flow.
- Team Leadership & Delivery :
i. Lead a team of Salesforce developers, AI engineers, and consultants.
ii. Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
iii. Drive Agile delivery and ensure timely project execution.
iv. Coordinate with business, product, and design teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
i. Work closely with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
ii. Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
iii. Present solution design, architecture, and implementation plans to stakeholders.
- Quality, Security & Governance :
i. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Required Experience :
Mandatory Experience :
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce development/architecture.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Hands-on experience with :
i. Salesforce Einstein AI / Agentforce / AI Cloud
ii. AI chatbots, virtual agents, or conversational AI platforms
iii. Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce delivery projects.
iv. Strong background in system integrations and API development.
