We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Spare Parts In-Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the automobile spare parts industry, with good expertise in Mahindra, Eicher, Mazda, and auto electrical parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall spare parts operations, inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
- Identify and source genuine and quality spare parts.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely availability of parts.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Handle parts sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve spare parts sales.
- Ensure proper billing, stock records, and inventory management.
- Guide and manage the spare parts team effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in the automobile spare parts industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mahindra, Eicher, Mazda, and auto electrical parts.
- Good understanding of spare parts identification and applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
