Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking to grow your career in the dynamic world of interior fit-out projects? We are a leading interior fit-out company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works
- Manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Support contract administration and commercial reporting
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to maintain cost control
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction
- Strong knowledge of estimating, pricing, and cost management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related QS tools/software
