Job Summary:
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist – PropTech with 1–3 years of experience in leading real estate portals or digital property platforms. The role involves managing relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and channel partners; supporting property listings; driving lead-generation and subscription solutions; and contributing to revenue growth through structured sales execution and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong professional relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, channel partners, and active buyers to understand inventory, demand, and market requirements
- Consult clients on appropriate listing plans, promotional visibility options, and digital lead-generation solutions aligned with their business objectives
- Handle buyer and seller enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth coordination between all stakeholders
- Drive account renewals, plan upgrades, and reactivations through consistent engagement and value-driven solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and lead performance using CRM and internal systems
- Achieve assigned revenue, renewal, lead conversion, and engagement targets in line with organizational goals
- Ensure consistent communication, relationship continuity, and long-term account retention
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, PropTech, or property portal–based sales
- Experience working with real estate portals such as Housing.com, 99acres, Magicbricks, or NoBroker
- Prior exposure to selling digital listings, subscriptions, or lead-generation solutions
- Experience in handling brokers, developers, channel partners, or property owners
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
