Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will play a key role in hiring talent across multiple business verticals and supporting the group's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all business verticals.
- Draft and publish job postings on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is an advantage).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 (including performance incentives)
