The Admin Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within the college. The position involves managing schedules, supporting HR-related functions, coordinating with academic leadership, and handling various administrative responsibilities to maintain efficient campus functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Schedule Management
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of the Campus Director.
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to leadership and management.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and documentation for the Campus Director.
2. HR-Related Activities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding support.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR for policy implementation and compliance within the campus.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
3. Coordination with Principals & Management
- Act as a liaison between the Campus Director, Principals, and Management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination for academic and administrative activities.
- Assist in organizing meetings with Principals and preparing reports or presentations.
- Ensure timely sharing of information, circulars, and updates across departments.
4. General Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the college campus.
- Maintain records, files, and official documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for campus maintenance and supplies.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and infrastructure.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official communication efficiently.
- Support event planning, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles (preferably in educational institutions).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
