Job Title: All-Rounder Private Cook (Full-Time Split Shift)

Work & Cooking Timings
This role operates on a split-shift basis with dedicated duty hours for meal preparation and kitchen management:
24 hours Duty-
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED!!!!
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Cooking: Handle the entire culinary process independently—from vegetable cutting/chopping and prep work to cooking and final plate presentation.
- Healthy Cooking Standards: Prepare delicious, high-quality meals strictly adhering to a healthy, low-oil standard.
- Kitchen Inventory Management: Take full responsibility for household kitchen inventories, ensuring fresh ingredients are stocked and tracked regularly.
- Appliance Supervision: Maintain strict observation of all kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, chimney, etc.) to ensure they are clean, operational, and handled safely.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of sanitization, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen area between shifts.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a premium household, villa, or restaurant setup.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable and punctual with the split timing schedule (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- Skills: Excellent knife skills, diverse recipe knowledge (focused on healthy cuisine), and basic kitchen asset management.
- Attributes: Trustworthy, highly hygienic, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
