- Client acquisition: Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Relationship management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identify up selling opportunities.
- Sales process: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, prepare and deliver compelling presentations, and manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale.
- Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to close deals and meet or exceed quotas.
- Performance tracking: Maintain accurate records, track progress using CRM software, and generate regular performance reports.
