Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Industrial Automation Solutions, Plastic Welding Machines, and related automation products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in Automotive, Electronics, Plastics, Packaging, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Promote SPM Machines, Automation Systems, Ultrasonic Welding Machines, Heat Staking Machines, and customized industrial solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, online platforms, and industrial networking.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Project teams for customer requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and project status.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B Sales and Industrial Marketing knowledge.
- Experience in SPM Machines, Automation, Manufacturing Equipment, or Industrial Products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, EEE, ECE, Mechatronics) or Any Degree with Industrial Sales Experience.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
