Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice customer support roles in Jaipur. This is a great opportunity for freshers and graduates who are looking to start or build their career in the BPO and customer service industry.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing a high-quality customer experience through voice calls or chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls and/or chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required timeframe.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer interactions and relevant information.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain good typing speed and effective communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; relevant customer service/BPO experience is an advantage.
- Communication: Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
