Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: MVR 8,440 for the listed CS13-2 qualification level
- Food Allowance: MVR 1,800
- Service Allowance: MVR 2,500
- Outstation Allowance: MVR 1,500, where applicable
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Contract: 1 year, renewable based on performance
- Probation: 3 months
- Transportation: Provided
- Leave & medical benefits: As per Maldivian Labour Law
- Return air ticket: Provided upon completion of contract
- Accommodation: As per employment terms
Eligibility
Candidates should hold the relevant Bachelor’s degree/teaching qualification for the subject or position applied for. Special Needs and Primary teaching positions have specific qualification requirements.
