We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Architect – Accounts Payable Operations

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in enterprise platform architecture and Accounts Payable Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for Accounts Payable Operations
- Design workflows for invoice processing, approvals, vendor onboarding, payment requests, disputes and reconciliation
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT and business stakeholders
- Develop solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Glide APIs, Business Rules and Script Includes
- Integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics and other finance systems
- Define architecture standards, governance policies and coding best practices
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership
- Ensure platform security, scalability, performance and compliance
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and prepare architecture documentation
Mandatory Skills
- 11+ years of overall IT experience
- 9+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience
- Strong ServiceNow platform architecture knowledge
- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Glide APIs, Business Rules and Script Includes
- Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs
- REST and SOAP integrations
- MID Server and IntegrationHub Spokes
- Accounts Payable and finance workflow knowledge
- Invoice processing, vendor management and payment lifecycle
- SAP, Oracle ERP or Microsoft Dynamics integrations
- Enterprise workflow automation and platform governance
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
- ServiceNow CTA – Preferred
