CoalSure is expanding rapidly in the coal supply, transportation, and logistics sector, and we are looking for a skilled Legal Advisor to join our growing team.

Position: Legal Advisor / Corporate Legal Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
✔ Handling transport, vendor, and supply contracts
✔ Managing legal documentation and compliance
✔ Advising on business risk and dispute resolution
✔ Coordinating with advocates and consultants on legal matters
✔ Supporting long-term business expansion and partnerships
Preferred Experience:
- Corporate & commercial law
- Logistics, mining, infrastructure, or commodity sectors
- Contract management and negotiations
- Strong understanding of Indian legal and compliance frameworks
