Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Supportive Executive to join our team at Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role combines customer engagement, system support, and sales administration to provide a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Provide basic system support and manage in - shop sales tools and Toillion software.
- Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills to enhance customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-friendly shop environment.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing showroom display.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0 – 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Administrative roles (freshers are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer / system knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,749.87 per month
