We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Helpline Executive to manage inbound calls and provide accurate, timely responses to queries raised by citizens/public for JEEVIKA - COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTRE. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle diverse queries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond promptly to queries raised by citizens/public.
- Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information to callers.
- Record and update query details in the system for tracking and resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to organizational protocols and service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to enhance public trust and satisfaction.
Pre - Requisites:
- Mandatory: Hindi and English
- Preferred: Ability to communicate in local languages such as Bhojpuri, Magahi, Maithili, Angika, etc.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call-handling systems.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
Job Location: Patna, Bihar
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
