About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to management and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and team members.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and routine inquiries.
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain physical and digital files, records, and company documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, and administrative inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation when required.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases and records.
- Track invoices, bills, expenses, and other administrative documents.
- Support employee onboarding and other HR-related administrative activities.
- Assist with event, meeting, and office coordination.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and operational.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, office management, coordination, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
