Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**

Conduct competitor product studies and teardown analysis to understand market positioning and design features

Manufacturing Process Knowledge.

Perform product and component cost estimation for Greenfield and Brownfield projects (Sales Price, Design to Cost, negotiation calculations, RPP)

Execute technical studies on manufacturing processes, design features, and material specifications

Predict and document assembly techniques and sequences for product manufacturing

Develop detailed product comparison reports and technical documentation

Engage with suppliers and vendors to gather cost and capability information

Apply holistic cost engineering methods and processes to optimize product economics
-
Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities based on cost analysis

Maintain knowledge of competitor tracking and market benchmarking trends

Analyze product cost structures and provide insights for design optimization
Qualifications
BE in Mechanical/ Automotive/ Mechatronics Engineering
